open the affiliation dashboard, re-apply again even though you already affiliated, on the proof of payment upload your receipt or screenshot of your payment, after being approved by the administration you will be able to access and download your certificate on the same dashboard within 24hrs if you cannot access it within that time, kindly reach out to the EHCOITA Executives.
